Collaborating with teachers to enhance learning outcomes • Monitoring and reporting on student progress • Creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment • Supporting the development of EHCPs What We're Looking For: • Experience as a Learning Support Assistant or similar role • Experience working in a healthcare/care worker environment • Understanding of learning disabilities and support strategies • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for education • Relevant qualifications (bonus, but not essential!)
