What you'll be doing Every day is different, but you can expect to: • Support children in the classroom, both one-to-one and in small groups. • Help pupils build confidence, independence, and a love of learning. • Work alongside fantastic teachers to create engaging lessons and positive experiences. • Celebrate the little wins, because they're often the biggest moments. • Be a calm, encouraging presence when children need it most. We'd love to hear from you if you: • Have experience working with children, in schools or other settings. • Are kind, reliable, and full of encouragement. • Can think on your feet and adapt when the day takes an unexpected turn. • Believe every child deserves the chance to shine. • Have SEND experience, that's a bonus, but not essential.
