Job Title: Upper Key Stage 2 Learning Support Assistant Location: Swindon, Wiltshire Agency: Teaching Personnel Pay Rate: £95-£100 Contract: Full-Time / Supply Prepare Swindon’s Primary Pupils for their next journey! Are you a primary support worker or graduate looking to make a difference in Year 5 and 6 classrooms? Teaching Personnel is seeking an LSA in Swindon to help boost pupils' literacy, maths, and SATs preparation. • Key Duties: Lead small-group intervention sessions in English and Maths, help manage classroom behaviour, and act as a positive role model. • Requirements: Strong GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade C/4+); energetic attitude; passion for primary education. • Why Apply: Ideal experience for future primary teachers; flexible app-based scheduling; weekly pay.
