We are looking for enthusiastic, dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistants to join our exciting Alternative Provision College in Lancing from September. About the Role As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work alongside experienced teachers and pastoral staff to support learners with a range of additional needs, helping them to engage in education, build confidence and achieve positive outcomes. You'll play a vital role in creating a safe, inclusive and inspiring learning environment where every young person feels valued and supported.
