About the role
A welcoming and well-regarded secondary school in Salisbury is seeking a passionate and committed Music Teacher to join their department. This is a fantastic opportunity to teach in a school that values creativity, performance, and student engagement across the arts.
The Role
You will teach Music across KS3 and KS4, with opportunities to contribute to KS5 depending on experience. The role focuses on delivering engaging lessons in performance, composition, listening, and music theory, while encouraging confidence and enjoyment in music for students of all abilities.
Key responsibilities include:
• Planning and delivering high-quality Music lessons
• Teaching performance, composition, and theoretical elements of the curriculum
• Supporting students in developing confidence and musical skills

• Contributing to ensembles, rehearsals, concerts, and school events
• Working collaboratively within a supportive and creative department
