They are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Music Teacher to join their dedicated faculty in a full-time, permanent position commencing this November. Position Overview: The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to the school's dynamic Music department, inspiring the next generation of passionate individuals. The role entails fostering a love for thinking in students, equipping them with essential skills for the modern age. Key Responsibilities: • Design and deliver engaging and rigorous Music lessons aligned with the national curriculum and school's educational goals across Key Stages 3 and 4. • Create a stimulating classroom atmosphere that promotes student curiosity, problem-solving, and collaboration. • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to facilitate individual growth. • Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the Music department and across the school to enhance the learning experience. • Stay abreast of current pedagogical approaches and developments in the field of Music. Qualifications and Experience: • A Bachelor's degree or higher in Music, or a related field. • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification. • Demonstrated experience teaching Music at the secondary level.
