About the role
A vibrant and inclusive secondary school in Worcester is seeking a passionate and talented Music Teacher to join its well-established Performing Arts faculty. This is a full-time position available for an ASAP start and would suit both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers looking to develop in a supportive and creative environment.

The Role
The successful candidate will deliver engaging and inspiring Music lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the opportunity to teach Key Stage 5 depending on experience. The ability to contribute to extracurricular ensembles, choirs, or instrumental groups would be highly advantageous.
Key responsibilities include:
• Planning and delivering high-quality Music lessons
• Teaching theory, performance, and composition
• Preparing students for GCSE assessments
• Supporting concerts, performances, and school productions
• Contributing to curriculum development within the department

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Strong subject knowledge across practical and theoretical music
• Ability to inspire students of all abilities
• Strong classroom management and organisational skills
• Commitment to inclusive education and safeguarding
