Little Pegasus Nursery, Priestmead Primary School’s brand-new school-based nursery provision for children aged 2+, is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, caring and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Nurse to join our founding team. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to be part of the launch of a brand-new nursery provision within an ‘Outstanding’ primary school and The Pegasus Partnership Trust. What We Are Looking For We are seeking an individual who: ✔ Holds a relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification recognised by the DfE. ✔ Is passionate about early childhood education and child development. ✔ Has experience working within an Early Years setting. ✔ Can create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. ✔ Has high expectations for children’s learning, development and behaviour. ✔ Is warm, caring and able to build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues. ✔ Understands the importance of safeguarding, wellbeing and inclusive practice. ✔ Works effectively as part of a team and contributes positively to the wider life of the nursery and school. ✔ Is reflective, enthusiastic and committed to continual professional development.
