You will have the ability to problem solve and provide excellent customer service to our community. You will have: Evidence of continuous professional development. Experience of working with young people and families in a Secondary School setting. Experience of providing counselling/pastoral support or careers guidance within a Secondary School setting. The ability to maintain positive relationships with students and other adults. The ability to work effectively and sensitively with a range of groups and individuals.
