Do you want to play a key role in promoting student wellbeing, positive behaviour, and emotional resilience within a supportive secondary school environment? We are seeking a dedicated Pastoral Support Assistant to join a welcoming secondary school in Brackley from September 2026 on a permanent, full-time basis . This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is committed to making a lasting difference in the lives of young people by providing pastoral care, guidance, and encouragement throughout their school journey. Role Overview: As a Pastoral Support Assistant, you will work closely with students, pastoral leaders, safeguarding staff, and teaching colleagues to remove barriers to learning and promote positive outcomes. You will provide targeted support for students experiencing social, emotional, behavioural, or attendance challenges, helping them engage positively with school life.
