Job Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to pupils' individual Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs). Assess, monitor, and record pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs. Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and external professionals to provide holistic support. Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment that promotes independence and wellbeing. Build strong relationships with parents and carers, providing regular feedback on pupil progress and development. Contribute to the wider school community through staff meetings, training, and curriculum development.
