Ensure all pupils in their care within the academy receive an exciting, effective and appropriate education Be active in promoting our visions and values and supporting our ethos for achievement for all and high standards. Monitor, assess, and report on teaching quality, learning, and classroom management. Provide differentiated work to meet individual student needs. Maintain curriculum planning and review cycles in line with school policies. Ensure the safeguarding and welfare of all students. About You Qualified Teacher Status Ability to maximise the use of ICT for both teaching and professional duties Excellent communication skills at all levels both verbal and written Good organisational and interpersonal skills Experience planning for and teaching pupils with SEN Experience with school improvement and monitoring If you are committed to making a positive impact on the lives of students with special educational needs and are eager to join a dynamic and supportive team, we would love to hear from you.
