Assess, monitor and track pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to support continued learning. Create a positive, inclusive and well-managed classroom environment. Work collaboratively with colleagues, teaching assistants and parents/carers to support pupils' learning and development. Contribute to the wider life of the school. Uphold the school's safeguarding and behaviour policies at all times. Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential. Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are warmly encouraged to apply and will receive excellent support. Experience teaching in EYFS or Key Stage 1 is desirable. A secure understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework and/or the National Curriculum. Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
