Job description

What will you do? T his exciting and rewarding role involves working in a small team environment called Kiplings. You'll be supporting pupils after school, during the evening and the following morning. During this time, you will be working with the children, encouraging and supporting them to develop with their independence, communication, personal care, socialisation, healthy lifestyle, mental health and wellbeing and positive behaviour outcomes. What are we looking for? The ability to relate well to children and to adults. Someone who will work constructively as part of a team and on own initiative. Demonstrating a “can do” attitude. Willingness to undertake appropriate formal training. Ideally hold the NVQ 3 in appropriate discipline (or recognised equivalent experience).
