We are seeking a professional, approachable and highly organised Administrator to join our academy. As the first point of contact for students, parents, visitors and external agencies, you will provide a warm welcome while helping to ensure the smooth running of the school. The role includes managing reception, handling enquiries, maintaining accurate records, providing administrative support and co-ordinating reprographics. You will also play an important role in student welfare, providing first aid when required and liaising with parents regarding illness or injuries. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills, strong IT skills and the ability to work effectively in a busy environment. Experience in an administrative, reception or customer service role is essential, while previous school-based experience would be advantageous.
