I am working with a school in Nottingham that is seeking a confident, organised, and proactive Administrator to join their team on a full-time basis. What You'll Be Doing Welcoming visitors and managing sign-in procedures in line with safeguarding policies Handling telephone calls, emails, and general enquiries professionally Maintaining pupil and staff records using systems such as SIMS, Arbor, and Microsoft Office Supporting day-to-day administrative tasks, filing, and resource organisation Assisting with printing, photocopying, and reprographics Ensuring compliance with GDPR, safeguarding, and confidentiality proceduresWhat We're Looking For Previous experience working within a school environment Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one) Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail Professional communication skills and a proactive approach Reliable, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks confidentlyWhat You'll Receive Competitive pay School-friendly working hours Ongoing support from a dedicated Hays Education consultant Free online CPD and safeguarding training Access to the Hays App CV and interview support from experienced recruitersRefer a Friend Know someone suitable?
