Senior Office Administrator Vacancy Are you an experienced administrator with excellent communication, empathy, and the ability to be a calm, organising force in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? What we are looking for: We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Senior Office Administrator who shares our commitment to: Outstanding communication – you’ll be confident and approachable, with excellent interpersonal skills for liaising with parents, staff, visitors, and external agencies. Efficiency and organisation – from managing front desk duties to maintaining accurate records, your attention to detail and ability to prioritise will help keep our school running smoothly. Teamwork – you’ll work closely with colleagues across the school and contribute positively to our collaborative culture. Discretion and professionalism – as a key member of our administrative team, confidentiality and integrity are essential. Who we are looking for someone: With experience working in a school or busy office environment is desirable but not essential. Training will be provided. Who has strong IT skills, including confidence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Microsoft 365). With excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Who is calm, approachable, and flexible under pressure. Who shares our commitment to safeguarding and promoting the well-being of children and young people.
