School Business Manager Primary School | Watford | September Start An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced School Business Manager to join a welcoming primary school in Watford. Working closely with the Headteacher, you'll play a key role in the strategic and operational management of the school. Responsibilities include: • Managing school finances and budgets. • Overseeing HR and recruitment processes. • Leading procurement and contract management. • Managing administrative and premises teams. • Supporting compliance and statutory requirements. The successful candidate will have: • Strong financial and organisational skills. • Leadership experience. • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. • Previous school business management experience is desirable but applications from experienced operations managers are welcome. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a supportive leadership team. All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
