Our client is looking for a School Business Manager to join a highly successful independent school in East London. This is a full-time position to begin in April 2026, overseeing finance, HR, operations and business management across the school. School Business Manager required on a full-time basis Independent secondary school with excellent academic outcomes Senior leadership role within a collaborative leadership team Supportive working environment with ambitious pupils The successful School Business Manager will work closely with the Headteacher to manage the operational and financial aspects of the school including budgeting, HR management, procurement and compliance. Experience and Qualifications • Experience working as a School Business Manager or senior operational leader • Strong knowledge of school finance, HR and compliance procedures • Experience managing budgets and operational planning • Excellent organisational and leadership skills • Legal right to work within the UK School Information This independent secondary school in East London educates approximately 650 pupils aged 11–18 and has a strong academic record with many pupils progressing to top universities.
