Experience and Qualifications • Prior experience as a School Business Manager , Finance Manager , or similar leadership role within education • Professional qualification desirable (CIPFA, AAT, ACCA, School Business Management qualification, or equivalent) • Strong financial management and budgeting experience • Ability to lead HR, operations, compliance, procurement, and estates functions • Excellent communication, organisational, and people-management skills • Commitment to safeguarding and maintaining high standards of compliance Salary Salary for this School Business Manager role will be paid to scale on a direct permanent contract , dependent on experience and qualifications.
