School Business Manager – SEND School (September 2026) Are you an experienced School Business Manager looking for an opportunity to join a thriving SEND school from September 2026? The Education Network Birmingham is working with a welcoming special school in Atherstone to recruit an exceptional School Business Manager to become a key member of its Senior Leadership Team. This is an exciting opportunity for a School Business Manager to join a specialist setting that is committed to providing outstanding support for children with additional needs. The successful candidate will oversee the operational management of the school, ensuring that Human Resources, Health & Safety, Facilities and Business Operations run efficiently, allowing teachers and support staff to focus on delivering the very best education. As School Business Manager, you will lead a dedicated administration and site team, working closely with the Headteacher and governors to support the strategic direction of the school. This role requires an experienced education professional who understands school operations, can manage budgets and compliance effectively, and has a proactive approach to improving systems and processes. The school offers a supportive leadership team, excellent facilities and the opportunity to make a genuine contribution to the success of a specialist provision where every member of staff plays an important role.
