The Role As a Secondary Teacher, you will: Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that enables every student to succeed. Assess, monitor and support student progress. Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and school leaders to achieve the best outcomes for pupils. Maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom management. We Are Looking For Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification. Experience teaching within UK secondary schools (placements considered for ECTs). Strong classroom management skills. Excellent communication and organisational abilities. A genuine passion for education and student achievement.
