About the role

SEN Secondary Teacher – Specialist Knowledge, Legendary Patience Location: Littlehampton & Surrounding Areas Start Date: Immediate Pay: £130–£150 per day Let’s be honest — secondary teaching isn’t for the faint‑hearted. Your mission (should you choose to accept it): • Teaching across KS3 & KS4 , adapting lessons for SEN learners • Supporting pupils with ASD, ADHD, SEMH and additional needs • Establishing routines, boundaries, and positive relationships • Working alongside SEND teams and support staff What’s in it for you: • Weekly PAYE pay (no umbrella surprises) • Flexible placements that fit around real life • Access to SEN‑focused CPD and training • Support from consultants who understand SEN isn’t “one size fits all” If you can combine subject knowledge with empathy, consistency, and a calm presence, you’ll thrive in this role.
