The Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who brings energy, heart, and a genuine love for SEN education. Ideally, you will have: • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. • A Proven Track Record: Experience teaching and supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN). • The Blueprint: A solid understanding of current SEN legislation, frameworks, and inclusive pedagogy. • The Magic Touch: Exceptional communication skills and a toolbox of positive behavior support strategies. • The Right Mindset: A patient, deeply empathetic, creative, and highly flexible approach to the school day. • Experience teaching across Key Stages 3, 4, or 5 is a major plus!
