SEN Secondary Teacher Manchester | Full-Time | September Start Teaching Personnel Are you an enthusiastic and compassionate teacher looking to make a meaningful impact in a specialist educational setting? Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a highly supportive SEN school in Manchester to recruit a dedicated SEN Teacher for a full-time role starting in September. The school caters for pupils with a range of additional needs, including Autism (ASC), SEMH, communication and interaction difficulties, learning disabilities, sensory needs, and complex behavioural needs. This is an excellent opportunity to join a passionate team committed to helping every pupil develop confidence, independence, and a love for learning. The Role As an SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering creative and engaging lessons tailored to the individual needs of your pupils. You will play a key role in supporting educational progress while nurturing emotional wellbeing and personal development. Responsibilities • Deliver high-quality, adapted lessons that meet diverse learning needs. • Develop and maintain positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families. • Support pupils in achieving their EHCP outcomes. • Use innovative and engaging teaching approaches to maximise participation. • Work alongside support staff and external professionals to provide the best outcomes for learners. • Foster a safe, structured, and nurturing classroom environment. What We're Looking For • Qualified Teacher Status. • Previous experience working with pupils with Special Educational Needs. • A strong understanding of differentiated teaching and inclusive practice. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills. • A resilient, patient, and proactive approach to teaching.
