Essential Skills & Qualifications * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). * Degree qualification. * Experience teaching pupils in KS1 and/or KS2. * Experience supporting pupils with SEND and adapting teaching to individual needs. * Knowledge of EHCPs, personalised learning and differentiated teaching. * Strong behaviour management and classroom organisation skills. * Excellent communication, assessment and record-keeping abilities. * Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare. Desirable Skills * Experience within a specialist SEND or alternative provision. * Knowledge of ASD, SEMH and complex learning needs. * Training in trauma-informed practice, nurture, phonics or communication strategies * Experience working with multi-agency professionals including Speech & Language Therapists and Occupational Therapists.
