    SEN Teacher – Primary Schools Location: Portsmouth and surrounding areas Salary: £32,916 – £51,048 per annum (dependent on experience and pay scale) Contract Type: Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities Available Teaching Personnel is recruiting enthusiastic and committed SEN Teachers to work within Primary SEN schools across Portsmouth and the surrounding areas. You will play a vital role in creating engaging learning experiences that support both academic achievement and personal growth. The Role As an SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality lessons that are tailored to the needs of your pupils, ensuring every child has the opportunity to succeed. Key responsibilities include: • Delivering engaging and differentiated lessons • Creating an inclusive and supportive classroom environment • Assessing and tracking pupil progress • Developing individual learning strategies and interventions • Working closely with teaching assistants, SENCOs, parents, and external professionals • Supporting pupils' social, emotional, and behavioural development About You We are looking for candidates who: • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent qualification • Have a passion for supporting pupils with additional needs • Demonstrate strong classroom management and communication skills • Can adapt teaching approaches to meet diverse learning needs • Are committed to helping pupils achieve their full potential Safeguarding and Compliance All applicants must hold a Child Workforce DBS registered on the Update Service or be willing to obtain one through the registration process.
