Brixington Primary Academy is looking to appoint a SENDCo. The post is a 0.8 part time position. The SENDCo role will be pivotal in leading SEND strategy across the school with the aim to improve provision and outcomes for all SEND learners within the school setting. We are looking for someone who has high levels of self-organisation, enjoys communicating with a wide range of stakeholders and believes in teamwork and collaboration. We are proud of the inclusive nature of our school and the extent to which this has been celebrated in our recent Ofsted inspection. The successful candidate will work alongside our existing SEND team for 3 to 4 days per week, and will be part of the school's senior leadership team. The successful applicant will be a passionate leader who is dedicated to making a difference and improving life chances for SEND pupils in every classroom and across the curriculum.
