We are looking for a Teaching Assistant with experience who: Can demonstrate outstanding classroom practice Is a true team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills Has high expectations for children’s learning, behaviour and personal development Is passionate about supporting the needs of all children, especially those with SEND Has a positive outlook and loves helping children thrive Has knowledge of trauma-informed practices and Emotional Literacy At Stanton Road, we are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
