As a Site Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring our school buildings and grounds are safe, secure, well-maintained and welcoming, enabling pupils, staff and visitors to thrive every day. We’re looking for someone who: Perform routine inspections and complete repairs (e.g. carpentry, painting and general maintenance) Lead on Health & Safety, ensuring full compliance with statutory regulations and safeguarding policies Has strong interpersonal skills and thrives in a collaborative team Is self-motivated and adaptable, with a passion for inclusive education and high expectation with a hands on approach and direct operational involvement Believes in providing all children with the very best start in life as part of our core believe in a 'strong start'.
