Grade 7 (SCP 12–17) (Currently £28,598 to £31,022 Per Annum) Permanent 37 Hours Per Week – All Year Round Required September 2026 To be successful you will need to: Have strong communication, organisational and leadership skills to manage site operations effectively across multiple schools • Possess sound knowledge of Health & Safety, compliance and site maintenance requirements • Be able to plan, prioritise and coordinate workloads, supervising site staff and contractors • Demonstrate the ability to identify and resolve problems proactively and work independently • Embody the values of ‘Achievement Through Caring’ • Contribute fully to the wider life of the school and Trust • Have high expectations of yourself and be a positive role model for others • Be committed to ensuring a safe, secure and well-maintained environment for all Why choose this Site Services Manager role above others? You will lead operational site services across a secondary school and support two primary schools, working collaboratively to deliver high standards and continuous improvement.
