We are seeking to appoint a committed Well-Being Support Worker to work as part of our strong pastoral team in supporting our children to thrive and flourish no matter what their background or circumstance. The successful candidate will work with children from across the school, supporting well-being through direct intervention such as ELSA as well as working closely with outside agencies in the capacity of DDSL to ensure every child and family has the intervention or support needed for our children to be happy and successful in school.
