Ø Able to organise work and meet deadlines Ø Effective classroom management Ø Able to motivate young people through high quality relationships Ø Ability to effectively use a variety of assessment and review techniques Ø Able to contribute ideas and work as part of a team Able to plan sequences of learning effectively based upon strong pedagogical knowledge.
