About the Role The successful candidate will teach Hospitality & Catering across Key Stage 3, Key Stage 4, and Key Stage 5, delivering engaging practical and theoretical lessons that develop students' culinary skills, nutritional knowledge, food safety awareness, and understanding of the hospitality industry. You will inspire students to develop confidence in food preparation, menu planning, customer service, and kitchen management while preparing them for GCSE and vocational qualifications. The department also provides opportunities for enrichment through cooking competitions, enterprise projects, industry partnerships, and catering events. Applications are welcomed from experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers who are passionate about delivering an engaging and industry-relevant curriculum.
