We're looking for someone who is compassionate, resilient and committed to inclusive education. The successful candidate will demonstrate: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to build positive, trusting relationships with children, families and colleagues. Empathy, patience and an understanding of individual learning needs. Confidence in using positive behaviour management strategies. The ability to adapt learning activities and respond flexibly to changing needs. A calm, positive attitude and a good sense of humour. A willingness to work closely with external agencies and continually develop their own practice through training and professional learning. This is a rewarding opportunity to be part of a supportive and dedicated team where every day brings the chance to make a lasting impact on a child's learning, wellbeing and future. If you have any questions and would like to discuss the role please contact us via the details below.
