The Norman Church of England Primary School Part of the Diocese of Ely Multi-Academy Trust (DEMAT) is seeking to appoint a Part-Time Fixed Term - 6 months with potential to extend 1-to-1 SEN Level 2 Teaching Assistant Point 5 FTE £25,583 per year, approx. £21,486 Pro-rata) Working 32.5 hours, 39 weeks per year Commencing: September 2026 The Norman Church of England Primary School has an exciting opportunity for a committed 1-to-1 SEN Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant team of enthusiastic, hardworking individuals. About You To be successful in this role, you will ideally: Have experience of working with children and/or as a Teaching Assistant Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people Be enthusiastic, ambitious and serious about improving children’s life chances through education Be highly organised, conscientious and able to set clear priorities when managing a busy workload Be able work cooperatively and communicate clearly with fellow colleagues, parents and pupils Have a ‘can-do’ attitude and has the ability to use their initiative Be able to work flexibly and professionally About Role We are looking for an experienced Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join our team, working 32.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year.
