We Are Looking For Someone Who: Has a genuine commitment to supporting children with SEND. Is skilled at building positive and nurturing relationships with children. Demonstrates patience, empathy and understanding in abundance. Remains calm, resilient and solution-focused when situations become challenging. Understands the importance of inclusive practice and enabling every child to succeed. Can use their initiative and respond proactively to children's needs. Is a strong team player who works effectively with colleagues and families. Is willing to take the time to get to know children, understand their strengths and challenges, and meet them where they are. Minimum English and Maths GCSE Previous experience of supporting children with SEND, including those with EHCPs, would be advantageous, although the right personal qualities and a willingness to learn are equally important. We Can Offer: A welcoming and supportive staff team. Delightful, enthusiastic children who make every day rewarding. Opportunities for professional development and training.
