Hours of work: 33 hours per week Working pattern: Monday to Friday Term weeks: 38 + 1 weeks school closure, minimum paid week 44.600 As part of the Cumbria Education Trust our schools are led with shared vision, honesty and purpose. Provide one-to-one and small group support, including for students with additional needs. Help create a positive, inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued. Work closely with staff, parents, and the wider school community to support student progress What We’re Looking For A passion for supporting young people to achieve their best. Experience working with children or young people (school experience is an advantage). A team player with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
