We are looking for an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team and help students succeed in all aspects of school life. This is an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with teachers, pastoral staff and families to create an inclusive learning environment where students feel valued, supported and empowered to achieve their very best. The Role As a Teaching Assistant, you will support learning across a range of subjects and year groups. You will work with individual students and small groups, help to create a focused learning environment, and contribute to the wider pastoral and inclusion work of the school. We Are Looking For Someone Who: Strong academic record, including English and Maths GCSE at Grade 4/5 or grade C or above The ability to work constructively as part of a team, follow line management structures and understand classroom roles and your own position within those responsibilities.
