We are a small, popular village primary school in East Challow, surrounded by beautiful Oxfordshire countryside, within the Vale of the White Horse. Ideally trained in Paediatric First Aid To work as a Teaching Assistant under the direction of the Class Teachers and/or senior members of staff to provide safe, high quality education and care for our youngest children Who knows how to instigate positive interactions and be an active role model to ensure the children have the most engaging, productive and exciting day possible! Who is keen to continue with their own personal development and access available CPD. With experience of working in a school Who is a positive, friendly and approachable team member with a positive attitude Who is creative and flexible in their role Has a passion for working with children Has good knowledge/experience of Early Years
