Teaching Assistant - Hexthorpe Primary Academy Permanent | 32.5 hours per week | Term Time Only At Hexthorpe Primary Academy, part of the Astrea Academy Trust, we believe in unlocking the potential of every child. We are seeking a passionate and committed Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team and support our mission to provide an exceptional education for every pupil. Key Responsibilities Support the class teacher in delivering high-quality learning experiences Work with small groups and individual pupils to boost progress and engagement Assist in the preparation of learning materials and classroom resources Promote positive behaviour and a safe, inclusive learning environment Contribute to the wider life of the school, including enrichment activities and pastoral care What We’re Looking For A caring and enthusiastic individual with a genuine passion for supporting children Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with staff and families Experience in a school setting is desirable but not essential—training and support will be provided Interested in Applying?
