Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: • Supporting students across Key Stages 3 and 4 in a range of subjects. • Providing one-to-one and small group support to improve student progress, confidence, and engagement. • Supporting students with additional learning needs, including SEND where required. • Assisting teachers with classroom activities, lesson preparation, and learning resources. • Delivering targeted interventions in literacy, numeracy, and subject-specific areas. • Encouraging positive behaviour, independence, and active participation in learning. • Building strong, positive relationships with teenagers and acting as a trusted role model. • Supporting students with their social, emotional, and academic development. • Assisting with classroom management to maintain a positive learning environment. • Supporting students during assessments and examinations where required. • Working collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral teams to support individual student needs. • Contributing to wider school activities and enrichment opportunities.
