Support the student with emotional regulation using a calm and attuned approach. Monitor progress and maintain detailed records. Attend and minute meetings relating to the student. Lead and coordinate aspects of the EHCP review process, including liaison with the Local Authority. Work collaboratively with school staff, parents and external professionals. Organise staff training and contribute to risk assessments where appropriate.
