This role is central to the smooth running of the school’s assessment and timetable systems. The Role You will be responsible for coordinating the school’s internal and external examinations alongside supporting the construction and maintenance of the school timetable. Key responsibilities include: • Coordinating GCSE and A-Level examinations in line with awarding body regulations • Managing exam entries, access arrangements and seating plans • Liaising with exam boards, invigilators and senior staff • Supporting timetable construction and amendments throughout the year • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with JCQ regulations This role involves close collaboration with senior leaders, heads of department and pastoral teams.
