The role will involve supporting children with additional needs on a small group or 1-1 basis. These children will often struggle with emotional regulation and need the support of an adult who is calm, reassuring and can help the child feel settled, safe and motivated. About the role This is a unique opportunity for anyone who is looking to get into working in schools, particularly within SEND. You will undergo additional training courses within SEND, such as Behaviour Management and Special Needs Awareness to help give you the background knowledge and head start that is needed. About the school You will be working from 8:30-15:30, Monday-Friday during term time. This is a full-time position.
