Extended Services Wraparound Care Assistant Woolden Hill Primary School Grade 5 Pay Point 7-8 (£25,191 - £25,590, approx. starting salary £3,495) 6 hours a week, 39 weeks per year Permanent Monday and Tuesday, 03:00pm to 06:00pm Why choose Woolden Hill Primary School? They want all pupils to have the knowledge and skills to be successful in their futures.” - OFSTED Main Duties and responsibilities: To maintain a duty of care for all children that attend the Extended Services wrap Around Care To establish and maintain positive relationships with children and Extended Services provision teams. To maintain communication with the Extended Services Support Lead, and Deputy Lead. To provide care and encouragement to children and young people with disabilities or special educational needs, supporting them to participate in activities and liaising, if required, with parents / carers / other professionals as appropriate. We are looking for someone who has: Ideal candidates will have experience of working with children and be committed to providing our pupils with a safe and enjoyable childcare environment. Experience of working with children in a play, childcare or out of school setting is essential. Level 2 NVQ or CACHE or working towards is desirable. Ability to create and inspirational and stimulating child centred play and care environment.
