The Year 6 Teacher will be supported with leadership coaching, opportunities for curriculum leadership and access to a development budget for courses after January 2026. The Year 6 Teacher will lead moderation and will mentor colleagues, using data to inform teaching and to close attainment gaps following the January 2026 start. Classroom impact and community for the Year 6 Teacher As Year 6 Teacher you will create a culture of high expectations, resilience and independence. The Year 6 Teacher will run revision clubs, coordinate peer tutoring and lead transition evenings with secondary colleagues in the weeks before January 2026 and after January 2026.
