About You Essential Qualifications • GCSE Maths & English (minimum Functional Skills Level 2). • Level 2 Award in Supporting Teaching & Learning in Schools (or willingness to work towards). Essential Skills & Experience • A child?centred approach and commitment to treating every learner as an individual. • Ability to promote independence and positive behaviour. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Confident ICT skills and a collaborative working style.
