Job Overview: • This school caters for students aged 11-16. • Full-time, Monday - Friday, Maths Teacher role. • Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4. • Inspire students through creative and challenging lessons that develop problem-solving, reasoning and mathematical fluency. • Assess, monitor and track student progress to ensure strong attainment. • Create a positive, inclusive and engaging learning environment. • Work collaboratively with the mathematics department and wider school team. • Contribute to curriculum development, intervention programmes and enrichment opportunities. What we're looking for: • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential. • A degree in Mathematics or a related subject. • Experience teaching Maths at secondary level across KS3 and KS4. • A passion for Mathematics and the ability to engage, motivate and challenge learners. • Strong classroom management and organisational skills. • A proactive, positive and collaborative approach to teaching. • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
