The Ideal Candidate Will Have: • Previous experience working with children or young people with Special Educational Needs (desirable). • Knowledge of supporting pupils with Autism, ADHD, SEMH or other additional needs. • A patient, caring and adaptable approach to supporting children's learning and wellbeing. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills. • Confidence in promoting positive behaviour and pupil engagement. • A good understanding of safeguarding responsibilities. • Experience working within a primary or secondary school setting is desirable.
